They just got the hint up. It shows the Creature from CFTBL being filmed for a movie called "Creature on Campus". It is apparantly "Scene 14 Take 27" and the Creature needs to hurry up as there is another shoot in Sausalito that he is late for.

I've lived in Ann Arbor (seat of UM), and can't imagine a pinball connection other than the grade-A arcade Pinball Pete's.

Although their mascot is the Wolverine... so X-Men, which is also a movie series?

I now see from YouTube that Lights Camera Action is set in San Francisco. So... yeah, Lights Camera Action is probably it.
