I really like Champion Pub in TPA. I like Theater of Magic, but I played it to death. Safe Cracker......I don't know, I'm not really into that one.
Still, I'll buy the pack because I have everything else for FX3 and I like to keep these compilations complete.
Honestly, I don't care what tables they release, just bring it, got my money right here. I would prefer that it not be a fake table though, like that Dr. Who Master of Time table. I mean, I have everything Farsight has made available for TPA (including the now delisted Bally/Williams...
Had to be an isolated incident....I played 8 ball Deluxe 7 or 8 times in a row with no crash. Try doing a rebuild database, that fixed my crash issues with TPA, especially after this last patch.
Have to say though, there are still some sound issues that have been listed in this thread. Hey...
Man, I haven't messed with VP in a LONG time. I still have an ancient version installed on this laptop (which is 7 years old) that I transplanted from an even older PC. It still works, but I can only imagine that VP must have improved quite a bit since then. I have over 700 tables from that...
Question for Tom......how helpful is Sony's crash report towards fixing crash issues? Any time I ever have a crash during any game I always report it through the console crash report screen, so I'm curious how useful that actually is for you.
Edit: Discovered another sound issue.....Black...
Lighting.....well.....that's a whole separate issue altogether that effects many tables in varying ways. Most tables don't get dark enough at 0%, the bulb lighting slider does nothing on a some of them......like I said, varying issues with lighting. The main focus of this patch was fixing...
I'd have to go through the tables to remember which ones, but there are quite a few tables where the bulb brightness slider does nothing. Most of the time, the brightness it's locked at is OK, but sometimes looks off when you adjust room brightness one way or the other. And many tables still...
I'm not sure.....maybe. It used to just pop up a message saying that you have lost the connection with the server and that scores wouldn't be recorded on the leaderboards. Not sure if that has changed and now results in the crash or not, but it certainly could be a possibility.
I'm no programmer by any stretch of the word, but it seems like it might be a memory leak or an overflow error or something, since the crashes are random and not table specific. I played multiple tables for over an hour before the last crash.
It being the holiday season, I don't expect a...
Hopefully the random crash bug gets squashed in the process of fixing the other stuff. I've said it before, but TPA is my most played (and favorite) PS4 game and it's great to hear all the issues we have all mentioned are being looked into. TPA is one of the very few apps that I term as having...
I did a rebuild database after the 1.29/1.30 patch, but not the 1.30/1.31 patch. Maybe i should do it again, but I have all my games in folders, and when you rebuild the database, many games installed on the external drive get kicked out of their folders and I have to spend like a half hour...
Just had my 2nd crash, this time while playing Twilight Zone. Sent error with vid to Sony, though it doesn't seem to be table related, just sort of random as the last time it was with Firepower II. Same sort of error....just stopped, exited out of the program and went to the report error...
AC/DC is the other table where the match score is obscured by random numbers.
The slow match animation on Phantom of the Opera started with the most recent patch. It is painfully (and I mean like OMG) slow. This is an issue that existed, and was fixed, a year or two ago, so it's some sort...
