well, i'm sure Farsight doesn't want to get into the business of delineating between which custom settings give a strategic advantage and which don't. makes sense to simply say only tables set to the default settings count on the leaderboard.

i paused the game right after Lost in the Zone, while it was reloading the gumball machine (pizza arrived -- bacon and double pepperoni), and when i unpaused, there was a VERY long pause where nothing happened while zoomed in on the gumball machine. i thought this was another dreaded camera...

i love TPA, but this stinks of poor process at the development level. with their monthly iterations it probably seems to them like they don't have time to implement more robust or formalized peer review and/or tasking processes, but it would save them time and greatly reduce the number and...

this is kind of a silly argument. if most their money is made on mobile devices (and i suspect it is), then guess what they're going to focus the majority of their R&D on. simple math.

but it's different because Farsight awards extra balls for Specials (which makes sense, there needs to be some reward for a special).

haha yeah i tend to just mindlessly send the ball looping around the left ramp for a few laps while i strategize my next move. it's about as easy as holding it.

i hope it's not as ruthlessly unfair as it was on the Wii. at least a third of the balls would go directly from plunger to the left outlane without coming anywhere near a flipper. NOT fun, and not like any Pin*Bot i've ever played in real life.

This advice applies to IOS ... i can't vouch for it on other platforms. when the ball is launched from either the hidden hallway lock or from rudy's hideout, shooting the ball from the upper flipper at rudy is over 99% safe. my 399 million score was made by shooting at rudy's head every time...

good to hear!! luckily, i only lost my scores once and it was fairly early on, but i STILL haven't re-claimed my previous Gorgar high score (previous best was 1.2 million, haven't been able to top 850k since losing the scores) :(

i was logged in to gamecenter, not the farsight leaderboards. can you be logged in to both? i haven't messed with it much.
