Reminder that 10:16 (1200x1920 etc.) resolutions in DX11 leave the cameras busted and cut off the flippers entirely in a vast majority of the tables. We need the cameras from DX9 ported over or remade for DX11. DX11 is also missing a fullscreen windowed mode.
